GAME OF CARDS 

the book was about a grandmother that likes to play cards with her friends. But she would never play fair she would always have the best cards Hindan under a blanket her her skirt or something. Then she would pull kit out then her and her friend would argue and argue about her cheating. The Author said that they didn't know how nanny Nero and miss Heta where still friends.

I am reading this text because our class need to read at lest once a week and we chose to read WITI IHIMAERA game of cards because it seams like a good or interesting book about a grandmother and her friend. and they played card game.

 Butterfly's 19/02/2021

Story on what a girl goes to school and told the teacher what she thought about butterflies.  The teacher thought that was wrong since she thinks they are wondaful creatures but than the girls grandparents thought the was rubbish because that grandparents believes that butteries are annoying for laying eggs in their gardens.

Critical Literacy

 The film Treaty of  Waitangi what really happened directed  by Peter Burger, is about the signing of one of our founding documents. its is a dramatization of the days leading up to  and including the signing. we know this through based on the fact it was a big event in history that the chiefs arguing, discussing and eventfully. signing the treaty.

Treaty Of Waitangi

In class today the 12 of February 2021  we watched the treaty of Waitangi  by Peter Burger 


The crown wrote out the treaty they did not have a translation version of it so they had a translator so the english could understand what thry are saying 


lot of disagreement between the chiefs and the British discussion  about the treaty weaver Maori should sign the treaty 


the Maori chiefs sighed the treaty

Food tech English dish

 In Food Tech class we were asked to find a recipe and research on a different country. So our group of me William and Kalim, we decided to make an English Breakfast because we thought it  looked good and something new to try. After we cooked it  we thought it was worth making it but there was some bits that need fixing  up .
