yesterday in metal work my class worked on health and safety rules. we had to figure out what.
safety signs mean like no digging or be aware of wires.

What is a hazard? a hazard is some thing that can hurt you or someone else or something.

                  

a prohibitive sign is a sign that tells you not to do something.

a mandatory sign is telling you to do something.

a hazard sign is saying to watch out.
