Wonder of my DLO (digital learning object)

We are learning to listen to stories then rewrite the stories in a shorter form.

Doing this DLO was good because I get to learn what its like to listen to a story and then write the story. The story was easy to listen to, the hard part was the writing because it took a little bit of time.

Persuasive Writing

We have been learning how to write a Persuasive Argument. My story was to argue that I should be allowed to paint the walls in my bedroom.

My Room, My Walls, My Rules
I think I should be able to paint my room so that it can look different and have colour.

I am the one that spends the most time in my room.

My room is special to me  because I am the one that spends time there with people or by myself.

It’s my calm

|ing space, when I am feeling angry. I go in my room and calm down and feel better.

Painting my room will keep me busy in the holidays.

Organising and painting will give me something to do, like choosing which colour to use  and what kind of paint.

I guess it will take  me about a week and a half to do my room.

This is a learning experience for me to try something new.

I could learn things like how to paint and which paint stroke to use. How to prepare the room for painting  will be more learning for me.

Therefore I think that I should be able to paint my room  because it will keep  me busy, I will learn new things and it will make my room more special then it is.

I have been learning about lines of symmetry and if you can fold it that means that you have made symmetry

I have been leaning how to make a 3.D shape  and here is a link so you can asses it and do  3.D shape
and I says at the top still 3.D 2.D and it moves around I like it. I also think its cool
